Melony Jade Black
Age 35 of Owosso passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Nelson-House Funeral Homes with Pastor Marlene Webster officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm until the service.
Melony was born on May 19, 1982 to William Black and Carol (Whalen) Parker in Lansing.
She graduated from Owosso High School.
Melony was a talented aspiring artist who enjoyed drawing. But what brought her the most joy was her children whom she loved unconditionally. She loved being with people and meeting new friends.
Melony is survived by her children, Nathan and Olivia; her father, Bill (Karen) Black; her mother, Carol (Marvin) Parker; her brothers, Brandon Shufelt, William Black III, Tommy Black, Chad Steck, Dennis Steck; Michael (Tess) Parker, Matthew (Heather) Parker and her sisters, Amber (James) Cupples and Shylo Black; her grandmother, Clarabelle; her grandfather, Michael Krancich, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is predeceased by her grandparents.
