Sherron O. Malone-Walton

Age 85 of Henderson, formerly of Flint, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Pleasantview - Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility.

Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Sherron was the daughter of Harry and Kathleen (Hamilton) Magee born in Flint, MI on August 22, 1932.

Sherron's father was in the US Army stationed in Germany and she received her education and graduated from the Frankfurt (Germany) High School.

Sherron married John J. Malone Jr. in New York in September 1950 and he predeceased her in May 1974. She later married Joseph Walton Jr. in 1986 and he also predeceased her.

Sherron was a homemaker. She enjoyed tending her gardens and doing arts & crafts. She was an avid collector of knick kacks and Boyd Bears.

Sherron is survived by her children, Patrick (Cindi) Malone, Catharine (Jack) Benson, John (Della) Malone, Christina Malone, twins, Brad Lee (Traci) Malone and Bryan Keith (Matasha) Malone and Carole Bea Malone; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings James, Gary, Kathleen, Clara Lynn, Bethany and Terri Ann; many nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. She is also survived by her long time companion, John Burkett.

She was predeceased by her parents and sisters Dawne and Melanie.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Pleasantview - Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility, Activities Department.
