Shirley J. Frantz-Skutt

Age 79 of Corunna passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Hospice House of Shiawassee County.

Funeral services will be held 1pm Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Corunna Nazarene Church with Pastor Mike Prince officiating. Burial will follow at West Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Homes, Owosso Chapel on Monday from 2pm to 8pm.

Shirley was born July 19, 1938 in Clare, the daughter of Floyd and Violet (Hitchcock) Randle.

She was a graduate of Clare High School and a member of Corunna Nazarene Church.

Shirley loved peacocks and collecting hats and shoes. She enjoyed crocheting and tending to her flowers and gardening.

Previously Shirley was married to Don Frantz who passed away on June 22, 1989. She then married Roger Skutt in Auburn Hills on January 2, 1993.

Shirley was employed through the years at Michigan Bell, General Telephone, American Aersol, Wolverine and Regal Plastics.

She is survived by her children Darren (Sharon) Frye, Dawn Rene' Lundy, Shay Lemos, Sabrina Ockerman; several step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brother Bob (Linda) Hitchcock; many other loving family and friends.
Shirley is predeceased by her sons Karl Schaaf and Steven Frye.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Hospital or Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
