Where to Start

The process of designing a funeral might seem overwhelming at first. We're here to guide you through your decisions one at a time to ensure a journey of love, healing, and life-celebration. The process can be broken down into two stages: designing a service to honor your loved one’s life, and caring for your loved one's physical remains.

Designing a Service

Whether it's formal or casual, traditional or contemporary, a funeral provides an opportunity for family and friends to gather and support each other in the early stages of grief and healing. A service can take place in any setting – at our facilities, at a local church, or on the family farm, to name a few. Funeral services can incorporate music, poetry, or art in the celebration of a life well-lived. There are endless possibilities for how you can personalize a funeral service, and we're ready to go above and beyond to ensure it’s as unique as the life of your loved one.

Our staff welcomes the needs and customs of all beliefs, faiths, lifestyles, and relationships. We're here to serve you, your family, and your friends at every step. Let us help you honor your loved one in the most meaningful way to represent his/her life and your family.

Caring for a Loved One's Physical Remains

Deciding how to care for a loved one’s physical remains can be difficult and emotional. We'll provide you with all the information you need to consider your options so you can make the choice that’s right for your loved one and your family. Once you've chosen between burial or cremation, there are a few additional decisions to consider:

  • For a burial, you'll need to select a casket and a cemetery, and choose between a ground burial or entombment in a mausoleum.
  • For cremation, you'll need to select an urn and choose whether to bury, entomb, or scatter the cremated remains, as well as where you'd like to do so.

No matter which path you take, we'll support you and assist you in exploring all options and making an informed, meaningful decision.
